3. Use of Deliverables

All reports, documents, and deliverables provided by White Label Rank may be rebranded and presented under your agency name.
However:

  • You may not resell our deliverables to another agency without permission.
  • You may not claim our internal processes, tools, or systems as your own intellectual property.

4. Payment & Billing

Payment terms are outlined during onboarding or proposal acceptance. By using our services, you agree to:

  • Pay invoices on time
  • Maintain accurate billing information
  • Accept recurring billing for ongoing SEO plans (if applicable)

Failure to pay may result in paused services or account suspension.

5. Client Data & Access

To perform SEO work, you may need to provide access to:

  • Platforms
  • Tools
  • Dashboards
  • Analytics accounts

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right and permission to share such access with White Label Rank.

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or unauthorized access details provided to us.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding:

  • Proprietary processes
  • Credentials and sensitive data

White Label Rank will never contact your clients or disclose any information related to your agency unless legally required.

7. Limitation of Liability

White Label Rank is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue

  • Third-party platform issues (e.g., hosting, Google updates, CMS bugs)
  • Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the agency
  • Delays caused by lack of access, missing information, or client-side changes

Our responsibility is limited to providing SEO services as outlined in the agreed plan.

8. No Guarantee of Results

SEO performance depends on multiple factors outside of our control, including:

  • Competition
  • Algorithm updates
  • Website structure
  • Hosting performance
  • Content quality
  • Client cooperation

Therefore, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes.

9. Revisions & Adjustments

We offer reasonable revisions for deliverables, depending on the service package outlined.
Excessive revisions or scope changes may incur additional charges.

10. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice.
No refunds will be issued for:

  • Work already completed
  • Monthly services already delivered
  • Cancelled access or instructions from the agency

Outstanding invoices must be paid before termination is finalized.

11. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by White Label Rank including reports, documents, and SEO recommendations become the agency’s property after full payment.

Our internal systems, templates, processes, and tools remain intellectual property of White Label Rank.
